Hello everyone, haven't been on much lately but it was because I was having my first professional demo done. Many of you have expessed interest in hearing my lyrics with music so you asked you receive lol  This song has been posted on the open mic so you can take a listen. Make sure you listen with some good headphones or speakers to really appreciate the music. Here are the lyrics.

This lyric really comes alive with the music! Some really fine descriptive lines. I like the sentiment and visual I get with this line: "We’ll raise our mason jars high/and toast our redneck roots". This is a get-up-and-dance song, for sure! Great job!

Hi Kristi, haven't seen you on in a while. Thanks so much for your comments. I have always liked your attention to lyrics. It was made to be a dance song in fact I will be posting for female dancers on facebook to come up with an original dance step just for this song and have tyem perform on a video for u-tube. I want everyday people on the video not models so maybe the dance craze will catch on too. Glad you liked it

wow a whole lotta hog hoedown beer swilling going on here with some fantastic imagery.

As it would appear you have got this demoed (?) the song is therefore somewhat completed, it is difficult to do a critique on.

Therefore I would give you a suggestion how I may have tackled this as a writer

Thanks for your comments Arty but I.ve already had a professional demo done and it works great as written. In fact, I've been getting some great reviews not only on here but all over the Internet. It is posted in open mic if you care to listen. As a writer myself I know that everyone writes in their own style and it is that quality that gives us our uniqueness, originality and diversity in music otherwise everything would sound the same
