Well, its done.
We had a great run of over 13 years in our old house, but it was time to move along. Tim Choate and the Bondware Team have been great partners, but we simply found ourselves on divergent paths. It happens. Still, we will always look to them as friends and benefactors.
I’m excited to announce the OFFICIAL launch of SongRamp2.0! It has a brand new look and feel and tons of new features.
We think you'll like what we're doing. One of the best NEW features is the ability to play songs on any platform, including iPhones! And wait, there's more! (I always wanted to say that...) We have also launched a SongRamp Mobile App, available in the iTunes App Store and soon on Google Play!
We’ve worked very hard to keep the unique, community atmosphere that makes us what we are, while moving the functionality into the future. We all know that change is never easy - some of us don't like any change at all - but in the end, it's simply time.
It’s now Independence Day on the East Coast of the USA. Beginning now, members attempting to access the legacy songramp.com site will be directed to the new site. There will be a link in the new digs to allow access to the legacy site, which will remain in place for the rest of 2014. The good news – if you are a Paying Member who has been active within the past year, you already have an account on the new site! And, your songs from the legacy site have already been moved to a special Page on the new site. You will find a link to that Page on the left hand side of your "My Wall" page.
All NEW songs can then be uploaded directly to the New and IMPROVED Open Mic! We have instructional videos on YouTube and on the SR2.0 Site that will teach you all you need to know.
If you are currently a Free Member on the Legacy site, you won’t need to re-enroll on SR2.0, but you will need to move your own stuff. But, you will still be able to have a FREE account, if that’s really what you want.
So, what’s new?
• One-click sharing to Facebook, Twitter, etc? CHECK
• Ability to arrange your tunes in Albums? CHECK
• Ecommerce capabilities? CHECK
• Cool new Rating System? CHECK
• The ability to become an instant number one hit writer?
…Well, no.
BUT – there are far too many other cool features to list – just get into the new site and watch for NEWS and ANNOUNCEMENTS!

I really hope you love the new site as much as we do. It’s different, so plan for that, but it’s very cool!
