I'm one of the site's administrators and I wanted to give a sincere, heartfelt and warm welcome to SongRamp! We're happy to have you onboard as a new member of the SongRamp 'family".
We do actually encourage members to comment on other members' songs in the "Open Mic." When you click on a song title, you should be able to scroll down on the page that comes up, which shows the lyrics of the song (if the member provided them). Just below that is a place where comments on the song can be left. If you're on Facebook, it's very similar to how you can comment on someone's Facebook post.
