Thanks Jim...I know what you mean...I went to a few Soiree's for the arts when I was selling abstract art from a big modern gallery in Dallas many years ago. I met some nice 'real people' I call them, but most were not people I wanted to hang with...so I started my own show opening by invitation only events with very nice results.
Some people are just people...some never figure it out.
