MAB, yes, it is the same Heather. She posts her songs on our open mic here all the time, but I haven't seen her here on our forum discussion. I think we could all benifit from her experience.
Again, I also would like to encourage all on the forum here to go listen to open mic songs and meet new people. Then, invite them over here. However, please remember, the open mic is not the place to post critique type feed back. If you like someones song, post what you liked and then give it a rating. We have a peer-to-peer forum for critiques, but no "private" place to put the songs-in-work. Eddie is working very hard on fixing the "Prvate Room" feature here on the Ramp where we can upload a "private" version of our songs for critique feedback. it will be very similar to the old SongRamp site.

Ooops! I take some of that back. We USED TO HAVE a Peer-to-Peer forum. It has apparently been taken down? It looks like folks post in the Writers room. But, it looks like they are only posting lyrics and rough song ideas drafts. I guess as soon as we get the Private Room working that will be the place to get feedback on songs (with music).
