Here is where I am at. I was on the fence about FB a few weeks ago and had myself talked out of going.
Since then I have reconcidered and feel I need to get off my a** and out of my lazyboy recliner.
I truly love the MAB, Tina, and all the artist's he has mentioned working with that will join him.
I called Pam, the gal at the Regatta MAB told us about, for the about the third time, and I was ready to book a two bedroom Condo.
She was out of the office and suggested we make arragenments via email. She gave me her email address but the phone connection was not the greatest as I tried to explain I was kind of hard of hearing. She took her time in giving me her email address and I wrote it down.
I later emailed her but got an 'invalid' email address from my email account. I didn't want to bother her again but I had to call her back to get the information and possibly make arrangements.
I learned her email address was not: pam@starfishgolfcoast.com; but pam@starfishgulfcoast.com.
See the difference; I spelled it 'golf' and not 'gulf' coast. I will hear back from her soon and make the arrangements.
The Old Dog is going to the Gulf Coast and attending the Frank Brown Festival. I will be out of my living room for a change.
I also hope to attend the RiDawn Raelette show at the Commodor on the 5th of November and hope I don't embarrass her by jumping on stage for my first hug. RiDawn Raelette Love, if the Old Dog shows up at the Commodore for your show without pants, sweats, only in his jocky briefs, will you still welcome me with open arms??? If that is not enough of a description, you will recognize me by my bare, beer belly with a nicotine patch stuck on for everyone to see.
So that is the plan, I hope it all works out.
