Here is the deal. The Old Dog is trying to come out of this grumpy old man's stage I have fallen into.
I have lashed out at you and the Kid and I don't like that about myself.
I blame the fact I don't have a 'conscience' (that would be a woman) to slap me upside the head and get me off the couch and keep me out of the refridgerator. However, I'm not ready to give up and recluse into pure boredom yet.
I don't need an answer from you; nor a time line you can visit. If I make the arrangements, you would be welcome to stay for however long you would like. I would only ask a $50 dollar charge per day for as many days as you would like ; if your gold market moves in the wrong direction, you would be welcome to stay for free. I will consider the cost to be part of a vacation for me, and not worry about what the trip will amount to.
I would also ask for you to bring your favorite guitar and offer it as a gift to the Old Dog's guitar collection.
