You know MAB, in all seriousness, I did (re) learn a lesson about performing. NEVER be so arrogant as to think you can perform without first rehearsing the songs you plan to play! Not me anyway! We (kevin and I) did practice Tuesday and again Wednesday morning, so I did fine Wednesday. But, in contrast to OD's story, Kevin and I did NOT practice at all on Thursday. OD and I went to breakfast with you and the gang, and when we got back to the house, Kevin was busy with customers, and I just "wasn't in the mood" to practice. HENCE, the problems Thursday night.
I would like to give a BIG shout out to Kevin though. When I totally lost track in the middle of the first song, "Missing Link", Kevin caught it right away and stayed right there with me. THANK GOODNESS, he knew the first few words of the next line I had forgotten, and that got me back on track. THEN, unbeknownst to anyone, I missed half of the second verse of, "Run", but again Kevin was right there and figured it out and kept up with me. GREAT JOB KEVIN!! Thanks for being there for me!!
