I look forward to discussing this more in person my phone is now just starting to switch to other websites, not typing etc. This will affect some artists, but open mics are alive and well. The area I live in its not unlike many areas around Texas, in the past six months I've seen four restaurants open within five min of my house.... Their m.o.??? Live music, all hosting open mics, on any given night I could find an open mic minutes from my house, the "craving" for the "good ole days" country is no longer just bliss, it's not the Chris Stapleton effect either, down here it's the norm, it's required, Deanna Carter was a block from my work playing a couple weeks ago, Nashville names of the eighties and nineties are everywhere, every night, they sell c.d.s. (Still lol) merch, and people pay $
