Thread: MAB Q&A

It might not even effect Justin, since Texas artists and writers tend to march to their own drummer. The PRO's situation is more Nashville, New York, and LA, as those three music centers are really the center of the AMERICAN part of the MUSIC INDUSTRY. Texas artists, and writers tend to have their own rules, and Texas is a "Whole 'nother country" They don't really interact that much with any thing outside of Texas. But they also don't do a lot outside of Texas, so it may be a totally different situation. Texas has it's own charts, it' own touring venues, it's own way that it does business. Kind of the only place that does it like that. As I have said before that probably will change, but I am not sure that any of this will ever effect much of Texas.

And it most likely won't affect a lot of people, since so many people are solo writers and entities. It will effect their ability to get INTO the music industry. For most intents and purposes now, they won't be able to do that. So people with the desire on web sites, and avenues making their way in, will no longer find those paths open to them.
