Ott shared his medical story with me, awhile back. He was suffering from Cancer. It fucking sucks.
I asked him to moderate a forum. Here was his response:
Unfortunately, Eddie, I can't take over as moderator of the Poet's Corner. I don't want you thinking I am unwilling to contribute to the site, so here is the reason: I have been fighting an esophageal cancer for over a year, with numerous operations, radiation, and chemo. I just started another course of chemo this week. I just do not have the physical or psychic energy to do it. Please keep my condition to yourself. Thanks for the offer! Ott
