Excellent write!... would suggest a refrain or change-up that puts a stamp on so to speak to the entire meaning of song. Possibly creating 4 lines condensed from verse 3....instead of 8 lines...then go into a short verse 3 then final chorus....or straight to chorus after the refrain. If none of this makes sense...call me :)Just my humble thoughts...it's all you my friend.
