Christmas in Florida

Shiny icicles are hanging from the rooftop
On the lawn Santas sitting on his sleigh
The Christmas lights, when they glow, shine on the fake snow
And its 82 degrees in the shade

Shoppers head to Neiman Marcus for the trimmings on their trees
They walk around in Speedos, baseball caps, and shirt sleeves

But thats just Christmas here in Florida

The manger sittin on the church lawn
Has live camels and a donkey from Belize
I dont remember growing up that it included ducks
Or Mary decked out in a full-length mink

Hours of commercials, millions spent on gifts
It might be easy to forget what the Christmas spirit is
