This song was written on my birthday Dec. 21st (yeah that's today) in 2001.

I wanted to mix the minor sound of the verses (to represent those feelings which are not so pleasant at Christmas) with the major sound of the chorus (to represent eternal optimism).

Honestly, the tag at the end which just happened this morning is my favorite part of the song.

So it was written and edited on my birthday with five years in between.
