The upgrade is taking longer than expected, but is moving along. Still expecting Phase One to be complete, this week. Here’s the breakdown: Phase One: Upgrade to PhpFox V3.8 – should improve site reliability and security Phase Two: Move to new cloud-based server environment – should result in improved speed and efficiency and support Phase Three – Site optimization – should result in noticeable performance improvements.

Phases Two and Three will result in the site being off-line for up to 24 hours – I will post a notice about this on the site. I’m aiming for next Monday morning, EDT – I think that’s a good time to do it, as folks will be at work and our activity is usually lower – once I confirm the actual times," Ed
