What a nice clean production. The chorus is so strong. Piano was a great choice. Well written lyrics too.

I was referred over from your post on JPF. Glad I clicked on. This really nice. Dennis did a nice job with a very nice lyric and arrangement. I like this a lot. I can see it as either Contemp Country or Contemp Adult, depending on the arrangement. Very nice, indeed. Gets my vote!

Very nice! Pretty song. And I love the way you set up the rhymes cynical, skeptical, impossible... it's the 'little touches' like that that can really make a lyric stand out. Great job! |

Jeff and Ande, with two very good writers as yourselves I knew I'd like this even before I heard it. It's a very good ballad, beautiful chorus (words and melody). Excellent piano/vocal demo which by the way is all I think you need...the simplicity of the demo helps to bring out the intimacy of this lyric (in my opinion). Great work. Germain |
