Glad ya came by!! We Bunch of Chiggers hang out and record at Big Daddy's house on the banks of Sugartree Creek in Nashville. There was a mic turned on and plugged into a recorder.. At the end of a song, a typical Big Finish style ending, one friend said, "We'd like to thank you for coming to the show tonight and I'd like to introduce you to the band.. Over on the Banjo there is Big Daddy Chigger.. How about a hand for Big Daddy... and on the Dobro over there, that's Sid Chigger.. and on the Mandolin there is Velveeta Chigger and me, I'm Harry Chigger and we thank ya so much, goodnight!" And thus the Chiggers were born.. And have since grown in numbers.
